Alrighty! The next of my contest prize images done! And this one was a fun challenge to take on too! Gwen said she wanted "piratey shirt design" for her shirt design/digital artwork prize for placing 1st [a tie!] in the IC category of my "Let's Play Dress Up" contest for her wicked cool piccie of Pollade all scantily clad hehhehee And so I sat there and went "hmmmm...." and rubbed my little chin trying to think up a pirate design [that didn't immediately involve Fauchey lol!] and this popped into mind in short order and so I ran the idea by her and she seemed to love it So it was from there that I went ahead and kept the idea in the back of my head until I got a chance to work on her piece next. I ran about gathering reference pics then of tricorns [especially at the angle I wanted] and skulls and compasses and the flintlock pistol...I glanced at some dagger references and old coins references to get a general idea of what to do and then slapped it all together into a still life meaning to depict something like a pirate's desk lol..... I winged the feather, map, lil instrument, and gems there all myself lol....

So here ya have it posted as a print with permission from Gwen to let others enjoy if they'd like it too, but made specifically as a shirt design gift for ~InvertedRose83
