Secret Santa: Character Edition 2011 = Lord Alexander Don Junasstar to Arpad


As much as Alexander is not proud to be a vampire, himself, he did at least have an elder around that taught him some of the life and existence of the curse. A man he loathed with the passion of a thousand fiery hells. The idea of being turned and having no idea how to survive and combat the urges is horrible to him, as he would wish anyone cursed with the plight to be taught how to fight to retain their sense of self. And so, he thought to invite Arpad to join he and his underlings as well as his lady and The Seer to a vampiric ball. It was where he met his dear dove and it was where Spectre dragged him to try to showcase to the stubborn Dacian that not all of their people were monsters. Alex still isn't fully convinced, but he does understand that there are good and evil vampires as there are good and evil humans. And so, he took Shinyuu on his arm (somewhat to ward off Arpad getting any ideas about attempting his affections as they were already taken, admittedly) and called upon his underlings to help escort the lady to the nighttime party and gathering. That she could be guarded and guided. And Spectre, the blind Seer, is the one that has taught Alexander, or tried to, much about the whole of the vampire lifestyle and existence in the world renown. So perhaps Arpad could sit and discuss things with him. But first of all, Alex bought her a lovely Victorian gown ( perhaps something like this [link] ? haha) as he did not think she should be dressed so....bare in a room full of monsters. Besides the fact she's stick out like a sore thumb!

You can note that while he is inviting her and introducing her to all whom will be with them that Arpad is only half listening....and instead imagining hording and huggling all the boys now in her presence



You can also note the pointed fact that Shinyuu is not in her thoughts, as Arpad often tends to neglect girls in favor of fawning over boys seeking their cuddles! lol. Little does Arpad know Shin's not quite a girl. Or that it wouldn't be the first time that Alex, Odo, and Costin spent a night together If she knew all that she'd like be disappointed and think even poor Spectre was blind and thus defective and be on her merry way heh heh!
And boy did I drop the ball on drawing Costin >< GAH! He doesn't look right like at all *pouts* alas! This was my first attempt at drawing him and it epic failed. Oh well, I tried heh. And this is only the second time I've ever drawn Spectre and I suck at profile so meh....Odo looks pretty cute lol. And for a first attempt on Arpad I'm actually pretty happy with how she looks Shin's sooooo tiny! lol! and dainty! I might've poofed Alex's hair too much too. Oh well, I do hope it looks decent enough in the end And hopefully Arpad likes a nice victorian style dress and staying in the company of some kindly-enough vamps for a night to learn more about what she is heh. Enjoy.
