If everyone cared and nobody cried
If everyone loved and nobody lied
If everyone shared and swallowed their pride
Then we'd see the day when nobody died


I'll never forget something that an ex-boyfriend told me: That the sun will always rise whether you see it or not and shine. And you have people that love you.

No matter how dark it seems to be there is light. Don't forget to look for it.


I hadn't known about Spirit Day until coming on to DA tonight but I really wanted to contribute a piece for it and so I set to work at drawing Tho as quick as I could because he seemed the perfect person to be in purple and represent compassion and hope and remembering one's spirit. Took me about 3 and a half hours, no pose ref used.
