'Daddy's Little Girl'

d'omg! did I ACTUALLY finish a piece of art?! wow if that ain't a phenomenon anymore -.- oy!

I've been having such an issue wrangling my muse lately and trying to find time and oompf to actually sit and work on art. But with Arabae being so active in my mind recently I decided instead of pressuring myself on a full, whole-new piece I should go back to this drawing and actually try to finish it up. See if my creative juices could handle that. And once I got the ball rolling I did manage to finish this pretty swiftly, all things considered I started it ages ago but when I picked it back up there was quite a bit I had to try to tweak and change. There's still issues that I see and whatnot but I'm content enough with the over all turn out.

I had wanted to make a piece that kinda worked almost as a complimentary picture to "Weave and Flow". Showing Arabae similar to her father. That if they were placed near each other they might actually work together. His background had House Rhylnvirr colors to it but Arabae was already dressed in House Ouss'rahel colors so I tried to sorta mimic the dark blues and silvers and instead alter it to almost be like a nightsky-hue and silvery mists with little starry motes to instead represent Eilistraeen worship in place of the 'house'. And thus still sorta work with her father's backdrop and also showcase her own influences and whatnot Arabae will still happily and contently wear her house colors in dance outfits because she does think they flatter her well, she simply has no care for House Ouss'rahel and what might happen to it. Her pride is more in her sire's lineage. She is proud to be the Daughter Of The Golden-Eyed Dancer. And that's a large part of what this pic is about
