well! after a lot of deliberation, bugging Kristen for advice/input, and the crazed orange homophobic pencil of death and doom.....I can present to you the "funny-themed" entry I was mentioning in my recent poll for my entry to the *Lolth-Scourge Drow Club's current contest "Fear". ...though I suppose that it might be funnier if you actually know the characters involved, in hindsight [[I might still try to throw together the "serious-themed" entry I was talking about too...so we'll see there]]

but you see, we have Shiz [right] facing *cue the scary dramatic DUN DUN DUHHHNNNNN!!!! music* SZINTHRAE! rawr....lol.... which ok honestly I don't think Szin is truly Shiz's like "greatest" fear or anything lol but hey...the moment I saw the contest posted the notion of doing an image like this popped into my head and made me snigger greatly...and it seemed to not want to leave my head so being the retarded procrastinator that I am, I tried to get to work on all the other contests and commishes and whatnot I had to do before this contest's deadline then went "oh snap! that's approaching!" and decided to attempt speed-rushing some sort of entry or another lol...and this idea was still stuck in my head...as well as a mused more serious idea that I might toy with it....

for those of you that are staring at it going "uuuhhh-huhhh.....what's so scary about a drow singing to himself brushing his hair?"...well let me explain....as "abridged" as I can here.....Szinthrae, the one sitting down and shirtless here, basically is a ...erm...brood male for House Rhylnviir [sp?] specializing in the harem arts...and being DAMNED good at what he does...when taken in by said house he was also gifted a student. yep, ding ding ding, you guessed it....Shiz. Talk about something of a blow to your dignity huh? seeing as Shiz was second boy and all....but I guess he kinda...wasn't very good at being a fighter or a mean ole backstabbing spider-kisser ....so mommy thought he'd be a better sex slave o.O...yeah...fun huh?....well Shiz isn't entirely ...erm....gay....whereas Szin kinda is.....so yeah. Szinthrae ends up kind of falling for Shiz and develops this ...somewhat unhealthy? lust/obsession/affection/infatuation with him and Shiz is creeped out about it all. So when you're kinda homophobic and more of a sweetheart than a rough-and-tumble, the last thing you really want is some pervy hornball breathing down your neck all the time ..... and yeah, they're in more modern attire and all....that's sort in tribute to the "D20 Modern"-ish RP that Kristen is hosting that I'm part of and all....and because it seemed to make more sense as to why Szin could have actual photos of Shiz taped all over a dressing-mirror lol....

I kinda...detailed the crap outta Szin's side of the pic but Shiz IS supposed to be outside in a hall and well...you can't entirely detail a wall too much can ya? o.O...and I kind of like how it's a lil off balance....helps represent their ..bond. as well as the fact that Szinthrae is very happy in his setting and rather enjoys himself whereas Shiz feels like he doesn't belong, and is more...empty and alone there? ....that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.... ....hey look! cute bat in the top left corner!!!!! *runs*

lol oh yeah...and I'm on a new comp now, with a new scanner so I'm trying to figure it all out o.O...so yeah heh...
